Forbidden Card Trade

The sale of forbidden cards is among the heaviest crimes in law. The forbidden list is specific: uncontrolled Void cards, mind-breaking Sound cards, dangerous Cyber copying cards, cards capable of catastrophe inside a city, and lethal, unregulated seals.

The list is enforced by the Card Masters Council''s registry, the Crossroad Guardians'' street work, and the Asterion Pact''s pressure on routes and ports.
