Aurel Voss

Aurel Voss was born around -83 KM, in the last generations before the first true card. He is counted among the first Card Masters — the early masters who turned scattered seal knowledge into a teachable discipline.

Voss''s lasting work was order. The Ancient Card seal system that every apprentice still learns — how a seal is laid, bound, and read — owes much of its structure to him.

Little survives of the man himself beyond the system. Masters like to say that this is exactly how Voss would have wanted it: the seal remembered, the hand forgotten.
