Nirel Asha

Nirel Asha was born in 575 KM and serves among the council members who shape card-use law. Asha is counted one of the architects of the in-city card ban — the rule that keeps seal power out of crowded streets.

The ban is easy to resent and hard to argue with. It was written in the long shadow of the Card Wars, when cities learned what element cards do to dense neighborhoods, and Asha''s generation turned that memory into enforceable law.

Asha''s legal reasoning is studied by every Crossroad Guardian who has ever had to explain, politely, why a card stays in its case inside the walls.
