A finished card is nearly indestructible. It does not burn, tear, break, or decay with time; water, fire, and impact leave it untouched. Once sealed, it is permanent.

Permanent, but not endless: a card is consumed when used. The seal releases its bound power once, completely, and what remains is spent.

Void effects can interfere with a card''s use — suppressing it, or making it unstable at the moment of activation — but even the Void does not rot the card itself. The one reliable way to destroy a card is to use it.
