The Solven Owl hunts only in the twilight hours, never in full day or full night. One of its eyes is pale, the other dark, and Salmoran tradition reads the pair as the Eclipse balance wearing feathers.
Its call at dusk is considered a good omen for negotiations — the hour of neither side, ruled by neither light.
